I understand that with this submission, I am agreeing to and granting permission to The Lovely Corner to perform any action deemed necessary in an attempt to repair my device. Furthermore, I release The Lovely Corner from any liability for any data loss which may occur, or component failures occurring during attempted repair, testing, or at any other time. The Lovely Corner is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to and from The Lovely Corner. A $50 diagnostic fee will apply for all device evaluations. The Lovely Corner reserves the right to retain the shipped product until all outstanding balances are paid. In the event that invoices remain unpaid for 90 days from the date of the estimate, I understand that ownership of the shipped item will be transferred to The Lovely Corner. Additionally, The Lovely Corner reserves the right to refuse any repairs or services at its sole discretion. By agreeing to these terms, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and accepted the conditions outlined above.
